TESTING & VETTING

We apply rigorous testing and selection methodologies to fulfill our objective of ensuring that: "Every worker we supply is capable of getting a permanent job with the Hirer"

All Aqumen Agency workers are selected using an experience and competency based face to face interview framework built around the specific needs of the hirer.

Workers must pass a battery of tests including numeracy, literacy, visual acuity, English language and comprehension.

Aqumen Agency Workers must provide original documents to prove their right to work in the UK. Copies of these documents are made and held on file.
