Before partnering with Aqumen Recruitment, the client faced several challenges with their previous recruitment agency. The client was referred to Aqumen Recruitment by another satisfied partner, a large Multinational textiles manufacturer , who had highlighted the speed, efficiency, and high standards of our services. Acting on this recommendation, I reached out to the client to schedule an in-person meeting and explore how we could better support their recruitment needs.

During the initial consultation, I introduced our attendance monitoring app (currently in development), explained our strict attendance policies, and outlined our commitment to regular site visits and clear communication. I emphasized our relationship-focused approach — not only with clients but also with our temporary workers — to ensure alignment, accountability, and job satisfaction on all sides.

The Outcome

As a result of our collaborative approach, we successfully placed a candidate who has now been with the client for over two months. The individual is performing exceptionally well, meeting key targets, and is already being considered for progression within the company.

Our success and ongoing engagement led to two additional job placements for a brand-new shift the client was launching. I was invited to visit the site and observe the new roles first hand, which enabled me to provide accurate, detailed job descriptions to candidates — significantly enhancing their preparedness and confidence before starting.
